Smart Growth

The debate on smart growth is quite interesting, in that; while its proponents have provided and indeed are providing empirical evidence to back their arguments, the opponents in some quotas have labelled it as a strategy that is lacking in empirical evidences to be viewed as 'smart growth'. However, VTPI (See link below) have provided more than enough evidence to refute the criticisms of smart growth.
